Wilson A1000 DP15 11.5" Baseball Glove
Get ready to step up your game with the Wilson A1000 DP15 glove! Designed in collaboration with retired All-Star Dustin Pedroia, this glove brings professional quality to young infielders.
Glove Benefits
The Wilson A1000 DP15 features an 11.5-inch length and an I-Web design, making it perfect for infielders at second base, shortstop, and third base. Tailored specifically for adolescent and teenage hands, it offers a snug fit with smaller wrist openings and finger stalls, ensuring confidence in every catch. The heel pad is removed for enhanced feel when fielding, allowing players to react quickly to any play.
Crafted from Wilson’s premium full-grain leather, this glove provides exceptional durability and a fairly easy break-in process, so young athletes can get started right away. The double palm construction includes a strategically cut piece of leather between the palm liner and outer shell, maximizing pocket stability and reducing palm wrinkling for reliable performance. The Dri-Lex wrist lining keeps hands dry by wicking moisture away from the knuckles and back of the hand, ensuring comfort during long games. With rolled dual welting on the glove’s fingers, it retains its shape over time, making it a smart investment for any young player.
Available in a sleek black, blue, and pink colorway, the A1000 DP15 combines style with performance, ensuring you look as good as you play!

Great Glove Mike Parent
Pros: Very firm leather which is great for a youth glove at the 10-12 year old range. My son was using an A500 before this which worked well up until this past season. The leather is just too soft for harder hit balls. Obviously the stiffer leather is going to take a longer time to break in but it's coming along nicely. The colors on this glove are amazing. The blue and pink really pop. It's still subtle with the predominantly black/gray colors.
Cons: None.
Great A2000 alternative T.Alt Parent
Pros: This is a great youth glove. Quality of the 2025 A1000 glove is much better than prior years. I suspect it will last a few quality years for my 9y old until he can handle an A2000.
Cons: Laces were stiff/dried out, but I typically upgrade the laces with flatbill laces anyway. Dirty30 re-lace tutorials on YouTube. Drip.
