Returns vs. Warranties

A return refers to the act of a customer sending back an unused baseball glove or softball glove to JustGloves for a refund. A return can occur for various reasons, such as the customer receiving the wrong product or the customer simply changing their mind.

On the other hand, a warranty is a guarantee from the manufacturer that the glove will function as intended for a specified period. If the glove becomes defective within the warranty period, the manufacturer will either repair or replace it for the customer. Unlike a return, which is initiated with JustGloves, a warranty claim is usually initiated with the manufacturer, and the manufacturer is responsible for resolving the issue. 

Warranty Instructions

If you are returning a defective item, please keep in mind all warranties are handled through the manufacturer, and your item may be forwarded to the manufacturer for replacement. The manufacturer's warranty covers all defective gloves. Warranties vary, but most gloves will have a warranty for one year from the date of purchase. In most cases, a defective glove must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Return Instructions

All returns are processed the same day we receive them; your credit card statement can take 48 to 72 hours before the credit reflects on your statement. If you paid via PayPal, Amazon Checkout, or Google Checkout, we would not be able to charge any differences to your account. We can credit your account. 

  1. Fill out the online returns form. A UPS label will be sent to you via email. 
  2. Print off the UPS label.
  3. Make sure all shipping labels, barcodes, and stickers are covered or removed.
  4. Place your glove in a box and drop it off at the nearest UPS store or any affiliate that ships via UPS.

UPS affiliates include your nearest UPS Store®, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliances (Office Depot®, or Staples®), or Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. To find the closest UPS location visit and select Drop Off. 

Return Policy offers a 365 Day Return Policy. All unused items in their original condition may be returned for a refund. If you have a defective item, all warranties are handled through the manufacturer, and your item may be forwarded to the manufacturer for replacement. When returning a glove that qualifies for a refund, simply fill out our online returns form and print your free UPS return label.
