My actual glove gets off my hand easily and I don´t like to wear a batting glove under it. Will this glove have a snug fit? baseball13gr
Yes, A2000 usually fit fairly well on most players. However everybody's hands are a little different so you won't know until you try it on.
Mark
would you recommend this glove for third base? DP15
Yes, this would be an excellent glove for a 3rd baseman.
lkh
does it come flared? seth
It can if you manipulate it that way when breaking it in.
Linda
i can get this flared from wilson sporting goods so why cant i get it flared here? seth
We are a distributor and do not have the ability to do alterations to gloves.
Linda
Has anyone used this glove? Is it specifically for small-handed players? For someone who likely has average sized hands, I'm worried about purchasing this for my son. Please respond if possible. Darin
This glove is going to designed for 13 year olds and up.
William
I actually purchased the Wilson A2000 1786DB for my son. He's been using it for a little while now and complains that the palm of the glove is thin compared to his previous Rawlings glove and it stings more when he is catching. Is this typical of Wilson gloves or could this be an issue just with his glove? Bball Mom
The Wilson A2000 Series typically have great padding. However, we do offer a 100 day guarantee on our gloves. If you are not completely satisfied you may return the glove for a full refund or exchange within 100 days from the date of purchase.
Kara
Does this glove go on the left hand? Jimmer 43
The model of the Wilson A2000 Series: A2000BBDP15GM we have in stock is for a right handed thrower, so the glove would go on your left hand.
Tom
Will this glove be on the left hand? Wilson ball
The right thrower glove will go on your left hand.
Kara
I play short stop, but I'm taller than most other middle infielders so would this glove be good for me or would an 11.75 be better? scouts13
The 11.50" Wilson A2000 Series would be a great fit for you even if you are taller.

About the Brand

A true American icon in the world of sports equipment. This Chicago-based manufacturer of quality gloves began in 1913 as Ashland Manufacturing, which was a subsidiary of the Wilson & Co. meat company. At one point, the enterprise became known as the Thomas E. Wilson Co., taking the name of an early chief executive. In 1931, the name was changed to Wilson Sporting Goods Co.

Wilson makes a variety of baseball gloves and equipment for several different positions, uncluding bats and batting gloves. They are best known for models that include the A2K and A2000, as well as custom gloves. Players such as Clayton Kershaw and Miguel Cabrera have sported Wilson baseball gloves.
