LIMITED EDITION Dominican Republic Colorway With A Full Dominican Republic Flag Shown On The Pinky
Wilson A2000 1786 Dominican Republic 11.5" Baseball Glove: WTA20RB21DR86
For a number of generations, incredible talent has made its way from the Dominican Republic to the MLB! Players of the past, like Hanley Ramirez, made it to the Show and wore Wilson gloves while they were there! And current stars, like Juan Soto, are rocking Wilson in the MLB right now! Celebrate the long lineage of MLB Greatness that has come from the Dominican Republic (DR) when you don this Wilson A2000!
The first thing that all players will notice on this A2000 is the incredible colorway that is modeled after the national colors of the Dominican! A portion of the country's flag will be shown on the "W" insignia that is stitched on the thumb of the glove. And a full rendition of the DR flag will be shown on the pinky of the glove.
This A2000 will be made in an infield style as Wilson makes it in the 1786 pattern. It will be 11.50 inches in length, feature an I-Webbing and have a shallow pocket. It could be used at 2B, 3B & SS. However, our strongest recommendation would be for it to be used at middle infield (2B & SS) due to the 11.5" length & shallow pocket.
Lastly, be sure and understand just how comfortable this glove will be when you slip it on your hand! Wilson made some modifications for this season and it is now being built with a Pro Lux hand lining that will be incredibly soft to the touch. Every time that you put the glove on your hand, the Pro Lux Lining will mold more-and-more to your hand. Also, this A2000 has the Comfort Sleeve at the wrist binding. That Sleeve will eliminate the chance that your wrist is irritated by the binding (players in past years have mentioned irritation from the wrist binding as being an issue).
