Jamms

Pros: Great glove with good padding and decently light weight for agile movements. Good glove made by Nokona.

Cons: the glove can become very floppy over time. I have experienced this and if you were going to get a glove for long term use I would not get this one because it becomes so floppy. When I say floppy I mean very floppy as in when you catch the ball you can feel the leather bend back. Of course this is after 2 years of use.

Do you have this glove for a right-hand throwing person? Greg
Unfortunately, this glove has been discontinued by Nokona and we will not be receiveing any more in stock.
Rickie
I am looking for an outfield glove for my 11 year old son. Would this size work for him? Jim
Yes, this glove comes in a size that should work out great for an 11 year old.
Sean
Nokona gloves are excellent gloves, and are well made & durable. This would be a fine glove for an outfielder, and could also be used in the infield. Right now we only have the left hand thrower in stock. If that is what you are looking for, I highly suggest this glove.
Bodie
how fast does it break in ray
Depends on how diligent you are when working with it. Repitition is key. If you work with it everyday for a week it should be good to go. The Kimera Series uses a high-quality leather that's a little softer than traditional steerhide or buffalo making it a little easier to break in.
Sean
I play second base and center field. Will this glove work well as an infield\outfield glove? JHudd
Yes, this glove should work well. We recommend an 11.00-11.50 for the infield and 12.00-12.50 for the outfield. This glove is a little bigger than normal, so it should work well.
Brett
I am 13 years old and small for my age. Will the 11.5 inch fit well? Jett
This is great link that we have that helps decide what glove you should use and the size; http://www.justballgloves.com/glove-coach/
Brett
does this come in a right hand glove tripleking
This is a discontinued glove. We will not be getting anymore right hand throwers into out warehouse. Once we sell all the left hand throwers, we will not be carrying this glove anymore.
Brett
I have a 8 year old I was wondering round what size glove would be ok for him, he is an infielder. I am looking at 11.5 KJ
An 11.5 inch glove may be a little too big for an 8 year old. A good size glove for an 8 year old would be 10 to 10.75 inches with 10.5 being the most common.
Brett
Looking to purchase a left handed fielder's glove for my 10 year old grandson. He mostly plays outfield and pitches as well. What size range should I be considering? He is a skilled player for his age and can handle a fairly large glove. I am consdering all lines of Nokona baseball gloves, not just the Kimera series. Thanks. William
Nokona gloves run small, so I would go up to a 11.75" glove. There are several series that would be good for him. I would look at the Nokona Buffalo Combo Series or the Nokona Buckaroo Series.
Kara
Generally, outifielders use slightly bigger gloves, pitchers, slightly smaller with closed pockets. A good multi purpose size glove for him would be a 11.50 to 12 inch. I would lean toward the 12 inch. Here is a nice model to look at BS1200CBLK.
Linda
is this a good softball 3rd base glovde? rib-e's
Yes, this is a good glove for softball 3rd base
Sean
what is the difference between this glove and the demo version? AMG1992
The Demo was used. We offer a 100 day guarantee on gloves. When someone returns it to us, we cannot resell it as new, so we sell them as Demos. Many times it's a heck of a deal. Great price and partially broken in for you.
Linda
I'm a junior in highschool and I have a wilson a2000 I play infield and pitch. Do you think this would be a downgrade or upgrade,if downgrade what glove would you recommend in the 100-200 price range bj13
Nokona makes great gloves. Very durable and high quality. Nokona gloves do run slightly smaller than other brands, so you might want to go up to a 11.75 or 12.00 inch.
Kara
Is it good for softball? Does it come in size 13? Does it come for a left hand thrower? Can it be used for a fielding glove as well as a 1st base glove? Softball 50
The AMG1150KIOW does not come in a 13 inch. However, the Nokona Buckaroo Series: BS1300C (AMG650KCW) is available in a 13 inch. It can be used for baseball or softball.
