The glove's hand fitting is going to be designed more for a player that hasn't quite reached their teenage years and the inside of the glove will deliver the quality that you expect to see from Marucci products. The palm lining on the inside of the glove will be made of leather, plus it will be extra soft with added protection for the glove hand. Also on the inside of the glove will be a microfiber wrist backing and finger linings. The presence of the microfiber materials on the inside of the glove should help keep the glove lightweight & soft (and thus easier to break in).
This 11.00" glove will work well for a player that might just be starting out in kid pitch baseball and is looking for something with a cool and professional look!

I purchased an 11" A500 almost 2 years ago for my 8 year old grandson playing 3-season travel shortstop. Now he's 10 and the glove is worn out. I'm considering another 11" A500 but would appreciate comparison to the Acadia 11". Specifically, weight, pocket depth, and flexibility.
