Made from a full pigskin shell, the A425 Series gloves are soft and lightweight to give youth players easy control in the field. These gloves are game-ready and easy to close so once it is taken out of the box, it can be taken on to the field! The A425 Series features Wilson's patented EZ Catch Web which is oversized to catch a bigger ball without making the whole glove bigger. This amounts to more control and easier catching for the player. This glove also features Wilson's EZ Snap adjustable Velcro wrist strap which creates a custom fit on any small hand. Pros: Super soft and a great glove to learn how to catch. The deep pocket gives my son an extra split second to close the glove on the ball. Also, the glove is easy for a kid to squeeze. If I had a second child, this would be their first glove. I'd love to see this glove with a conventional wrist instead of the fastback.

Cons: Sewing is not of the best quality. Still holding up on our second season of tball but threads are starting to come out.

i have a 4 year old boy. How do i go about measuring him for a glove? dom

There is really no universal method to measure someone for a glove. It's determined by age and position more than anything. For a 4 year old, the best option would be a 9 or 9.5 inch glove.
