Description
Wilson A2K SuperSkin 1799 12.75" Baseball Glove: WBW1000691275
Keep your hand feeling nimble and comfortable all day long with this Wilson A2K 12.75" glove. It is crafted with Wilson's groundbreaking SuperSkin material, which is twice as durable as natural leather and also 50% lighter. This outfielder's model features an extra-long 12.75" profile, making it the perfect spoiler for deep balls that may otherwise fall in the gap. Wilson accentuates this glove's high-tech materials with a sleek, modern colorway featuring black SuperSkin, saddle tan leather, white welting and premium red laces. It's available for both left and right throwers and designed specifically for elite players at all levels of the game.
Glove Benefits
Wilson's design team strategically laid out this A2K fielder's glove with its ultra-tough SuperSkin material across the back, where gloves often take the most abuse. The rest of the shell is made from the brand's superior-grade Pro Stock Select leather. This leather is carefully selected from the top 5% of Wilson's hide stock and finished on certain portions with the unique SnakeSkin texture for a supple feel and faster break-in times. While this glove is designed to take a beating, Wilson knows that your hands aren't. That's why they added extra protection in the form of a double palm construction.

Top tier glove Player
Pros: Excellent quality
Cons: Long break in
Great glove Paul Carlson Parent
Pros: Great outfield glove shape/size Excellent materials
Cons: Extensive break in required, as expected.
Great glove C. Fox Parent
Pros: The glove was not hard to break in as we thought it would be. My son loves the glove and says it doesn't feel as big as he thought it would. He loved his 12.5 A2k and says this doesn't feel much different.
Cons: None
Very Nice Glove Scott Coach
Pros: Very nice glove. I’m a lefty and this is the perfect glove. The 12 3/4 fits more like a 12 1/4 which is great for an outfielder looking for a slightly smaller feel.
Cons: Nothing so far.
Came with a large crease in the middle of the palm dadinva Coach
Pros: Lightweight and great outfield pattern.
Cons: It looks like someone put a stack of bricks and folded the glove in half. There is a large crease going through the middle. I am thinking of returning it due to the hard crease, but researching if this is something I can fix before doing so.
Best Wilson OF model IMO Steven Duvall Jr Player
Pros: Classic ! If it aint broke dont fix it , The 1799 has been my go to from Wilson and its gonna stay that way, its not too slender and narrow, Cant go wrong with the H web (Double Post as Wilson calls it!) Double Palm Construction.. Its lightweight,Comfortable as can be ! Laces seem to be better than prior Wilsons.
Cons: Wilson doesn’t give you much lace to work with if you wanted to loosen them but thats a small thing.
This ain't used even though bought used Mike Parent
Pros: - The best looking glove period. - So called "used" feels like "brand new" - Top of the line material and workmanship.
Cons: - Took a LONG time to break-in but once it does, it's a thing of a beauty.
