Glove Benefits
Wilson A2000 baseball gloves are the number one (1) selling Pro Stock glove in the world! Since its introduction in 1957, the Wilson A2000 has set the standard and continues to exceed expectations year after year. With over 55 years of game-changing performance, the A2000 is still one of the top-selling and most popular glove choices among baseball's top athletes. Wilson has spent decades working with both MLB players and sandlot players to refine the A2000 design so that it outperforms and outlasts all others. The A2000 Super SnakeSkin glove series is the utility player of the Wilson lineup. A versatile mix of Pro Stock Leather and man-made Super SnakeSkin makes the glove stronger, lighter and easier to break in than an all-leather A2000. Inside of each model, the Dri-Lex Wrist Lining helps keep sweat at bay and ensures your hand stays cool and dry even during the summer's hottest days. Unmatched in their feel and performance, all A2000 patterns are endlessly field tested and constantly improved by hundreds of professionals and top amateur players that choose only Wilson Ball Gloves. The result is a glove that breaks in perfectly for hardworking players everywhere. There's a reason Wilson Pro Stock gloves are sold to ballplayers more often than their competitors.
This 1786 Wilson A2000 Baseball Glove features an 11.50-inch pattern, Wilson's H-Web and dual welting for a more durable pocket. Due to the construction of the 1786 pattern on this glove, it is Wilson's most popular infielder's glove. Turn two in this beautiful black, red, and grey glove that features Super Snakeskin on its backing.

Is this a super skin glove or just a snake skin pattern on the leather?
Joseph
The Wilson A2000 Super SnakeSkin 1786 11.5" Baseball Glove (WBW100794115) features a Super SnakeSkin backing which will provide the same benefits as an A2000 glove that has SuperSkin. The difference is that the special material on this glove will be embossed to look like the scales of snakeskin.
Cameron
Is the snake skin backing as durable as the normal leather A2000?
Blair Trousdale
This Wilson A2000 Super SnakeSkin 1786 11.5" Baseball Glove (WBW100794115) has the Super SnakeSkin backing which will actually feature better durability (plus it is lighter in weight) when compared to a regular, leather-backed A2000 glove.

What Rawlings model is like an A2000 1786/what size?
Jared
A Rawlings glove Heart of the Hide that could compare to this Wilson A2000 11.5" SnakeSkin Baseball Glove (WBW100794115) would be the Rawlings Heart of the Hide 11.5" Baseball Glove (PRO204-2CBG). Both gloves feature an 11.5" length and I-webbing to them. However, the Rawlings glove would probably have a slightly deeper pocket.
Ben
Would this be easier to break in than the stock A2000? My son could never get the last A2000 we bought him to break in.
Rainman
The Wilson A2000 11.5" SnakeSkin Baseball Glove (WBW100794115) will have the same break-in time as any other Wilson A2000.
Max
Does it come with the key chain?
Riley Kusmak
This Wilson A2000 Super SnakeSkin 1786 11.5" Baseball Glove (WBW100794115) will most likely come with a removable key chain. However, we do not advertise or guarantee that it will be there with the glove at arrival.

Can this glove be used for fastpitch? Pocket deep enough?
Rtorres
The Wilson A2000 Super SnakeSkin 1786 Spin Control 11.5" Baseball Glove: WBW100794115 would not be a great fit for fastpitch softball as the pocket depth would be too shallow.

A true American icon in the world of sports equipment. This Chicago-based manufacturer of quality gloves began in 1913 as Ashland Manufacturing, which was a subsidiary of the Wilson & Co. meat company. At one point, the enterprise became known as the Thomas E. Wilson Co., taking the name of an early chief executive. In 1931, the name was changed to Wilson Sporting Goods Co.
Wilson makes a variety of baseball gloves and equipment for several different positions, uncluding bats and batting gloves. They are best known for models that include the A2K and A2000, as well as custom gloves. Players such as Clayton Kershaw and Miguel Cabrera have sported Wilson baseball gloves.
Yes, JustGloves.com will price match a competitor's listed price!
To do so, we verify some information. If you see an item listed at a lower price elsewhere, this is all we require:
We must verify that the website you want to price match is legitimate and an authorized dealer of the products they sell.
We must confirm that the competitor has the same size and product in stock and ready to ship. If the same size and product is out of stock on the competitor's website, we are unable to match their price.
We must confirm if the competitor charges sales tax and/or shipping fees since these are added to the final price of the product.
Lastly, our Glove Experts must check on the cost we pay to stock the item from the manufacturer. The price match must cover that manufacturer cost for the item.
We have the final decision for matching an online price.
Did you purchase a product from us, but noticed that it is now at a lower price? Please let us know, and we will honor our lowest price within the past 30 days by issuing a refund for the price difference or adjusting the price for you over the phone.

We Prep - You Break In - Then Break Out
You spoke and we listened. Introducing JustGloves Trusted Glove Prep! Now, you can choose for us to soften your new glove for a quicker break-in process. We will not be fully breaking in the glove, but instead using a series of mindful actions specifically geared to your exact glove. As a result, the leather will arrive more supple and allow for a much easier break-in process upon arrival.
The Process
Condition
Our team of glove experts begin the prepping process by applying a thin layer of specialized glove conditioner to the outside of your glove. The conditioner activates your glove’s leather by opening the pores. It also serves to protect the integrity of the leather throughout the steaming process.
Steam
With care, your glove is then placed into a manufacturer-approved steaming chamber and monitored closely. Through the combination of heat, steam, and conditioner, the leather will begin to loosen within a few minutes. Following the steaming process, we re-apply a thin layer of glove conditioner to your glove. Beyond additional protection, this second coating of conditioner allows our glove experts to work with a softer, more malleable leather.
Mallet
The final step in our glove prepping process takes advantage of the wooden mallet. With a couple mindful swings of the mallet, our glove experts are able to minimize your glove’s critical sticking points to allow for a much swifter break-in period on your end.

Re-Treat Your Glove as Needed
Softens Leather for a Better Feel
DIRECTIONS:
(1) - First remove any existing dirt by wiping the glove with a clean, dry cloth. (2) - When clean, rub a small amount of conditioner into the leather with hands or clean cloth. (3) - Work it into the web, palm, laces, inside of the glove, & any other area that has become dry or is starting to crack. (4) - When finished, place your glove in a warm, dry area (70 - 90 F) & allow the leather to absorb the conditioner for 24 hrs. (5) - Re-treat your glove when you notice the leather is starting to dry out. Prior to the off-season, apply a light coat of conditioner to keep the leather from becoming brittle.
Note: Excessive glove conditioner/oil can damage or shorten the life of a new glove. Use it sparingly.
