The Pro Stock Select leather used in its construction creates a glove that's soft and supple, season after season. Wilson's Pedroia fit gives players with smaller hands a comfortable fit while they're on infield defense: it's built with narrower hand stalls and a smaller opening, making it a great choice for youth players and adults with more slender fingers. This all-black glove racks up performance and style points with the iconic Wilson logo emblazoned in gold. Wilson: Peerless in Performance!

This Wilson A2000 Pedroia Fit infield baseball glove (WTA20RB19DP15) comes with an 11.5-inch opening, an H-Web and an open back for a traditional look. Ideal for infielders that don't need the extra catching support of a closed back, these gloves are a great choice for a shortstop, first or second baseman. The open back and H-Web means catch to throw transfers are fast, and a clear line of sight means no more missed pop flys when fielding. Pros: arrived as expected, glove protected from weather in plastic pouch , which is enclosed in box.

Cons: would be nice if glove was broken in somewhat when arrived. tough to break in , probably because its a high grade leather, but will break in with more play.

Great glove lowan Coach

Pros: Keeps its shape over the seasons. Love the all black traditional look. Very lightweight and sturdy.

Cons: Takes time to break in, but it’s a quality glove. It’s worth the time.

Questions and Answers (6)

Have a question about the Wilson A2000 Pedroia Fit 11.50" Baseball Glove: WTA20RB19DP15? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.

It mentions that it's "Stiff" does that mean longer break-in time? My 11yo son is a 11U Majors select travel ball player. He currently uses a Nokona, which he loves (buffalo,) but he's always wanted an A2000.
Ward Sexton
Stiff doesn't always mean a long break-in period, but in the case of this Wilson A2000 Pedroia Fit 11.50" Baseball Glove: WTA20RB19DP15, it will. The reason is that the a2000's leather is elite and will require extensive work to assure the leather is properly broken in.
Does it fit a 10 year old?
The Wilson A2000 Pedroia Fit 11.50" Baseball Glove: WTA20RB19DP15 may still be a little large for a 10 year old, but it would definitely depend on their size. The A2000 Pedroia Fit features a tighter hand fit so it can definitely work for some younger players.
Is there any difference between the 2019, 2018 and 2017 A2000 DP15 other than color of leather and stitching?
Andrew Neuman
No, there is not a difference other than the cosmetic differences. (NP)
Does it fit an 8 yr old? Also, do you have a smaller size?
The Wilson A2000 Pedroia Fit 11.50" Baseball Glove: WTA20RB19DP15 would not be recommended for an 8 year old player. These gloves are stiff and intended for older youth - adult players. The Wilson A450 10.75" Youth Baseball Glove: WTA04RB191075 would be a better option for your player.
I need glove to replace my son's Mizuno 11.25'' Future Pro Select. He has smaller hands and I am looking to up size to 11.50'.
T Horn
The Wilson A2000 Pedroia Fit 11.50" Baseball Glove: WTA20RB19DP15 would be a great glove to transition to. The Pedroia fit will have tighter finger stalls and a smaller wrist opening which will be beneficial for his smaller hands.
Can my 14 year old use it for pitching in high school?
The Wilson A2000 Pedroia Fit 11.50" Baseball Glove: WTA20RB19DP15 is designed for infield play but could be used as a pitcher. Most pitchers will want a web design that is closed though so as not to tip the pitch they are about to throw; this glove features an I-Web which would allow the hitter to see the pitch.
