Description
Shoeless Joe Gloves (1200FPBW) give players the quality, feel and style of the gloves worn by professional ball players over the last 100 years. You can choose glove models worn in the first half of century in the Golden Age Series, today's models in the Professional Model Series, youth gloves with the Joe Junior Series, or fastpitch softball gloves with the Shoeless Jane Series. Shoeless Joe gloves are individually hand-cut and sewn from Special Aged Antique Tobacco Leather Hides. Shoeless Joe gloves are then hand-rubbed with old time ingredients to soften the leather before they go through their breaking in process that leaves the glove with a beaten up and "Game Worn" look and feel, of a broken in glove. Thus each glove is unstructured giving it its own unique features. Players can choose to play with an old time or modern day web without having to change to another model. A great play is lived only once, but your glove, you'll keep it forever. If you end a game with a clean uniform our gloves are not for you. Shoeless Joe: When It Was Just a Game. Free Shipping!

Pros: Soft and ready to use out of the box. Minimal break-in time. Re-conditioning program available by company. Great twinner glove for accomplished players
Cons: Not many design or color options
Pros: Great quality of leather and product. It has been easy to break in. My daughter (11) used it in a game for the first time this week. She had no complaints.
Cons: It will take her some time to get use to the weight difference from her old glove that she's had since tball.
Pros: Quick break-in. That's it.
Cons: Bought this glove for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas (8 months ago). She's played approximately 60-70 games since then in 3 different leagues. This glove is a dish rag now. WAY too broken down. When she catches the ball, the thumb completely collapses outward, and frequently jambs up her thumb. The pocket just simply won't contain a 12 inch ball. She looks like Honus Wagner or Ty Cobb trying to catch the ball with a 100-year old glove. She kept telling me the thumb is breaking over and causing her lots of pain. I tried the glove this evening and now my thumb is sore. I walked straight in the house and got her old one. The reason it sells is because it's practically broken in when you buy it. Within six months, the thumb of the glove will break down and flap like a dish rag in the wind.
Pros: played game with it after 3 days!!!! best glove. love the look and feel.
Cons: none
Pros: Quality leather. Breaks in quickly. Fits her VERY small hand comfortable. Adjustable wrist strap works great for her. She plays travel ball 10u/12u. After using the glove for warmups a few times, it was game ready. The pocket is still forming but is getting there quickly. The ball already 'sticks' well and I expect that to get better as the pocket continues to form. Some have noted that the glove breaks down quickly so we'll see but the company does have a reconditioning program. Not sure how that works but so far we are very happy with the glove.
Cons: None so far. Will update later if we have problems. Only used for 2 tournaments so far.
Pros: glove broke in fast. fits my daughters hand great and has a great look to it.
Cons: we have only had the glove a month the only issue is the velcro strap. it wont stick any longer. had to punch holes and add laces.
Pros: it comes out of the box nearly playable. the leather is as high of quality as any glove out there.
Cons: the only con ive heard of is life of the glove. for me this has never been an issue. i just biught the 12" for my 10 year old who had been using her sisters hand me down 11 3/4. the 11 3/4 is now 4 years old and i inky bought her a new one because she's been working hard and has earned it. ive recommended this brand to lots of people over the years.
Pros: Good quality construction, excellent materials. This is my daughters 2nd Shoeless. She has had it nearly 2 years. A good solid Mitt. My daughter plays club, so most mits don't stand up to the 3-5 day a week practices. I found the Mitt difficult to break in. She plays 2nd and center. She's still happy with it. I highly recommend wrapping a Mitt with a ball in them when not in use. Makes the Mitt last longer and function better. This Mitt has caught thousands of balls and bunches of game winning catches. I'll be buying another as a backup. I just haven't seen anything as good as a Shoeless on the club circuit.
Cons: For smaller hands. It's an ugly kinda old timey Mitt. It's like my prom date, she wasn't pretty but she was a lot of fun.
Pros: Took a little longer to break in than 30 minutes but it didn’t take long. After I used it for a day, bungy corded a ball in it, oiled it- it was ready to go. Great glove for the price, not too heavy for my 10 year old. She loves it. I will even be using it for slow pitch some.
Cons: Haven’t seen any cons yet. Seems to be one great glove!
Pros: We just love this glove!!! Breaking in well for my 10 year old. Fits her and myself well. She loves it!
Cons: None
