Description
Shoeless Joe Gloves (1300MT) give players the quality, feel, and style of the gloves worn by professional ball players over the last 100 years. You can choose glove models worn in the first half of century in the Golden Age Series, today's models in the Professional Model Series, or youth gloves with the Joe Junior Series. Shoeless Joe gloves are individually hand-cut and sewn from Special Aged Antique Tobacco Leather Hides. Shoeless Joe gloves are then hand-rubbed with old time ingredients to soften the leather before they go through their breaking in process that leaves the glove with a beaten up and "Game Worn" look and feel, of a broken in glove. Thus each glove is unstructured giving it its own unique features. Players can choose to play with an old time or modern day web without having to change to another model. A great play is lived only once, but your glove, you'll keep it forever. If you end a game with a clean uniform our gloves are not for you. Shoeless Joe: When It Was Just a Game.
Warranty
All Shoeless Joe gloves come with a thirty (30) day warranty from Shoeless Joe. If you get a Shoeless Joe glove from JustGloves and an issue arises within 30 days from the purchase date, please let the Glove Experts from JustGloves know. The Glove Experts are kind, courteous and happy to help organize a shipment to Shoeless Joe so your glove can be repaired or replaced!

3 years running, still a great glove! Pops Parent
Pros: Great, quality build and craftsmanship. Great design with the extra T web, as it allows for better glove control when diving or scooping off the grass in a diving catch. Rare, so my son feels special. A work of art, this glove!
Cons: So far, after 3 years with it, none. Always been a great glove for my son who plays on a travel team, and even prefers to use it even when he pitches.
Dan63 Daniel Player
Pros: Very good quality, fast break in, a well made glove.
Cons: Non at all.
Gorgeous glove Jeremy Coach
Pros: -fits and looks great -broke in pretty well in a few days of playing catch and nothing else
Cons: -i cannot get on the field with my son and his team to really use it
Worth it, but... Mark Other
Pros: Great feel and fit. Work of art leather.
Cons: Pricey. If you want a Shoeless Joe, you have to pony up. The glove is a work of art, but these days so is a $40 Rawlings. Beauty, and elegance, and feel has come to even low end gloves. Look at a $70 Wu for a comparable, sturdy, tobacco leather glove. I would definitely add Shoeless Joe to your collection, but probably only one because of price and competition.
Magnificent glove, some limitations Steve player
Pros: The moment you open the box the smell of the leather fills the room, Shoeless does a wonderful job with their tanning process. The leather is of high quality and super-soft, so break-in time is non existent. Slip it on and its game ready. Deep pocket which swallows pop ups and liners, its great for rec-level slow pitch or adult baseball player and if you are a Dad who needs a mitt for throwing around with your boy, its absolutely perfect for that role. I'm not sure Id recommend it for higher competition levels (see below) but if you are a weekend warrior who likes the look, which is really cool, this is the glove you want.
Cons: The leather is so incredibly soft it can get you into trouble. I play Centerfield in a Mens 35 and over baseball league, the big concern is picking up rollers off the grass. Its difficult with this glove because the fingers and webbing are so pliable the ball will sometimes fall right out, whereas a stiffer glove doesn't present such problems. It being old school designed, there is no palm padding to speak of. Take a line drive to the palm and your hand will be singing! Been playing with it for two seasons, have questions about durability. The lacing is so soft that I'm constantly wondering if its about to break, though it hasn't yet. A small break in the leather has emerged near where my index finger protrudes, causing me to wonder how well it will hold up going forward.

Pros: The quality of the leather is outstanding. The second you open the box just the smell of it makes it worth the price. No break in period whatsoever, two or three hard tosses into the pocket any you are ready to play. A fantastic glove, particularly for the price range. If you want a top notch glove but don't want to spend 300 bucks on Heart of the Hide or Nokona, this is your best option.
Cons: It's soft and broken in almost to a fault. The pinkie heel is VERY flexible. If you aren't used to this, as most gloves have a pretty stiff pinkie heel, it can pose challenges at first, particularly for balls in the outfield played on the hop and backhanding at third. Also, the old school style is light on padding in the palm, so catching heat on the inside of the knuckles will get your attention fast.

Pros: Quality materials, excellent look and the glove comes almost completely broken in.
Cons: not much to say here... so far, so good

Pros: great glove break in just about perfect out the box love it
Cons: nada
Steve
Pros: Good Looking, soft leather, large outfield glove. Has good feel on hand.
Cons: Just received, not sure yet. Glove is definitely not ready to use, but should be easy to break in. Will let you know in a few weeks. More ready than most though
bruceman
Pros: Easy to work in--almost already there out of the box. The smell and feel of the leather is incredible. I purchased the modified T and the single bar and love them both. The modified T could be used for softball as well because of the structure. The single bar is good at baseball, do to the way they normally fold over/work in. The modified T is almost artwork. The Tobacco tanned Leather is supple and most.
Cons: Not too sure if this is a "con" but they are made in Mexico. The leather is great and workmanship is incredible!
bruceman009
Pros: I have a couple Rawlings, an Easton, a Louisville Slugger, and saw this and tohught "eye candy"! Okay, so the price is more like an investment in a ball glove, rather than a normal purchase--but this explains why i have a collection of 5 gloves--I WAS NEVER HAPPY! This glove is a joy, the smell, feel, shape and performance is truly outstanding for it's price. I plan on selling all my other gloves to get another one of these. Why have 2? Well this is so well done, it could almost quslify as artwork--not just a ballplayers main tool.
Cons: nope--i have nothing.
BigDaddy
Pros: Great ready to use glove
Cons: U don't have one!
Bob
Pros: The best glove I've ever owned. Professional level. Leather very soft with little to no break in time. Can't find a glove of this quality at any sporting goods retail outlet.
Cons: None
ShawnSmith3B
Pros: Played competitive slow pitch softball league games this past Sunday - playing LF - glove was good to go from the first catch - ball stuck in glove perfect on first aggressive fielding of a grounder down the line - LOVE LOVE LOVE this mitt. Would highly recommend to any softballer looking for a new mitt. The $165 price point seems fair. Good quality construction. I expect mitt to last 2-3 seasons of heavy use
Cons: Some models may not come with a game ready fit that is comfortable. I was hesitant at first with this mitt because the pre-forming felt a bit awkward. Rest assured, it is highly moldable and will be your go to glove after one game
Lou from Nor-Cal
Pros: Right out the box I slipped my hand in to make sure it fit before anything. Six gloves later, I finally found a glove that fits my hand while looking and feeling great. This glove has an amazing level of comfort. Leather is soft yet stiff and has a sense of durability. Played catch for two days and its game ready. Love the head turning craftsmanship and aged leather. A real head turner.
Cons: None that I know of yet. I love the glove, but my only concern is the "unkown" durability of these gloves. Had/Used my previous glove 5 days a week for over 8 years.

Pros: Amazing Glove, Ready to play right out of the box. Great Quality! This Glove turns heads.
Cons: None
Scott from Dallas
Pros: I LOVE this glove! It was completely broken in after a week or two of pitch-n-catch. The leather is incredible, and I love the old school look of the glove. The 1300MT is a perfect baseball/softball combo glove.
Cons:
hoopster
Pros: Great glove but it is big. Also, I wasn't a big fan of the modified trapeze web - never used it before. If you have and like those and want a big glove go for it. Thought it wouldn't be that much bigger, but it is, and I didn't like the MT. I returned and went with 1250tt. The 1250TT is a little smaller than I would like but such is life. Really wish Shoeless Joe made a 1275. I think that would be the perfect size for me. JustGloves was awesome though. When I returned, they sent the replacement the same day they received the return. No questions - no hassles.
Cons: None
jbird
Pros: Looks, and feel,
Cons: Just a little stiff, sure it will come around quick
Almost Perfect
Pros: The glove is ready to go the second you put in on. the leather is strong, soft and incredibly durable. It looks amazing and feels like its magical on your hand.
Cons: All the attention is paid to the quality of the leather and not to the padding. Its an OF glove so padding and cushion isn't a huge issue, but sometimes I wish there was a bit more padding involved. Don't catch a ball in your palm!
