Great American made mitt! Bill Parent
Pros: Received the glove Friday afternoon and after about 1 hour of mallet work it was ready to play catch on the pitching machine. After two 30 min sessions on the machine the mitt was game ready. My son used it the next day for his travel ball game and it performed perfectly. No balls were ejected from the mitt. It has since only gotten more molded to his hand and he loves it. He used a Rawlings and Mizuno prior and this is such a step up. Also, the glove has amazing POP, which all his pitchers love.
Cons: The only real con would be the price. We were between this, All-Star Elite, and Rawlings Pro Preferred. The main thing that got us to spring for the Nokona was the fact that it is made in the USA. It feels great knowing that you are supporting an American company rather than buying from overseas.
