For a 10 year old, this 2016 Nokona Walnut Series Baseball Glove (WB-1150) may be a little large in its fitting as it is intended for use by an adult. However, if you wanted another Nokona with a tighter fitting and a length slightly shorter than this glove's 11.5" length, I would recommend viewing the 2016 Nokona Alpha Select Series Baseball Glove (S-200 Youth).
