This glove is probably going to be a little big for a 10 year old. I would suggest looking at an 11.00 inch glove.

First of all...where is this glove made? I thought Nokona was USA made, but now I'm reading anywhere from Vietnam, to Thailand, to somewhere is Asia. Also...I have an almost 12-year old son, who plays primarily outfield for one team, and pitcher/ infield for another team. Would this glove be the appropriate size for him? sahmbf
Most Nokona's are still made in Texas. Their lower end stuff is made in SE Asia. There model numbers begining with "AMG" are made in america. It stands for American Made Glove.

It is more designed for a baseball pattern but I think you could use it for fastpitch. The finger stalls will just be a little bit larger than a regular fastpitch model.
