Would this be a good glove for a high school freshman outfielder and last throughout high school?
chill1916
No, the Nokona Alpha Select Series S-300 is going to be a "youth" model. The finger stalls and wrist opening will fit tighter compared to an adult glove. I would recommend checking out the WB-1275M or the L-1275 models by Nokona.

My son is a smaller 11 year old, 5' and 85 pounds. He uses a Wilson A1K 11.25 in the infield. Would this be the right glove for the outfield?
mike
For his age we recommend a 12" glove. The Nokona Alpha Select Series: S-300 is available in a 12.25 +/- inch pattern which is also suitable for him.
Angelique
What would be the best glove for an 8U outfielder? It will be used 7 days a week for 10 months out of the year?
brian j
Glove size ultimately comes down to personal preference, but the 12.25" pattern on the Nokona Alpha Select Series: S-300 might be a little too much glove for an 8 year old. The Nokona Alpha Select series is a great line of gloves that will hold up for that much use. A better option for his age is the 2016 Nokona Alpha Select Series Baseball Glove: S-200 Youth.

My son will be 13 in March. He is 4'10" 85 lbs. Would this be a good fit?
Jeff
The Nokona Alpha Select Series: S-300 is a 12.25 +/- inch glove. This glove would be a good option for a 13 year old who plays the OF.

PRICE MATCHGUARANTEE
Yes, JustGloves.com will price match a competitor's listed price!
To do so, we verify some information. If you see an item listed at a lower price elsewhere, this is all we require:
We must verify that the website you want to price match is legitimate and an authorized dealer of the products they sell.
We must confirm that the competitor has the same size and product in stock and ready to ship. If the same size and product is out of stock on the competitor's website, we are unable to match their price.
We must confirm if the competitor charges sales tax and/or shipping fees since these are added to the final price of the product.
Lastly, our Glove Experts must check on the cost we pay to stock the item from the manufacturer. The price match must cover that manufacturer cost for the item.
We have the final decision for matching an online price.
Did you purchase a product from us, but noticed that it is now at a lower price? Please let us know, and we will honor our lowest price within the past 30 days by issuing a refund for the price difference or adjusting the price for you over the phone.
