Unfortunately, no we do not. Our web sites display our current inventory in real-time. It doesn't appear that we've ever carried a Left Hand Thrower option for this Nike N1 Elite 2.0 Series (BF1611). It's also a discontinued product, so we wouldn't expect to add any more back into inventory.
