Description

Think you know top of the line gloves? Think again. Mizuno is proud to introduce THE HIGHEST QUALITY ball gloves to ever hit the market, the Pro Limited Edition Series. Don't let the price of these gloves scare you, because they're worth every penny. For the Pro Limited Edition Series, Mizuno uses Deguchi Kip Leather that is soft, supple, strong, and ready to impress. This leather is characterized by having tighter fibers and has been through a proprietary tanning process that perfectly conditions the leather so that it is stronger than any Mizuno ever created. When you slip this glove on to your hand, you'll immediately notice a sensation of softness and comfort that is provided by the Shika Palm Liner - an elite deerskin palm liner that provides the ultimate feel. Mizuno also introduces a new technology called Speed Drive with the release of the Pro Limited Edition Series. Speed Drive Technology perfectly balances each glove based on where it will be used in the field to provide players the fastest reaction time and best response possible. This is achieved through lighter thumb, pinky, and heel construction, while reinforcing the index, middle, and ring fingers. It is truly genius craftsmanship. Each glove is impressed with a Limited Edition stamp that is adorned with the name of the master craftsman that designed your glove. Mizuno stands behind this glove as one of the greatest to ever hit the field, and that's why they are offering an off-season conditioning program with every GMP600 purchased in NEW condition (Gloves sold as USED will not qualify for the program). This one-time repair and reconditioning of your Pro Limited Edition glove will return it to its original glory and get you back on the diamond! It just doesn't get any better than this. Mizuno: Never Settle. Free Shipping!

Pros: This glove is great. Molds to your hand fast, perfect amount of palm padding. Break in takes a while, but once broken in it is the best glove in the world

Cons: There is no possible way this glove could have cons. Just buy it

Pros: Awesome glove. Perfect middle infield glove. Compact.I was afraid it would be for smaller hands but it fits great, feels great, light and even smells great.Hesitated to buy because it looks light in color on ad. Darker than expected. Pleasant surprise. The box, bag, leather swatch key chain and registration form remind the buyer what a quality glove costs.Fact that I can send it back in a couple years and they will restore to "new condition" is like getting a free glove down the road. The fish bone lace work sold me but wearing it removes my ALL anxiety of NOT buying another nokona( still love them too).

Cons: Cost

I am deciding between the gmp600 and the gmp500? I am a middle infielder and i am looking for quick exchanges from glove to hand. And hoping not to get the ball lost in my glove. Which would you recomend? B
The Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series: GMP600 and the GMP650 are going to have very similar pockets. I would recommend the GMP600 for a middle infielder. The T2 Web is more popular with infielders, while Tartan Shock Web is used by both pitchers and infielders.

The Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series: GMP600 should feel light weight like the Mizuno GMP 41. If you disagree you have 100 days to return it for a replacement.

My 8 year old son plays 3rd base. Is this a good glove for him? Mr. Baseball
The Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series: GMP600 is an adult glove. It is too large for an 8 year old player. We recommend a 10.50" to an 11.00" youth glove.

The Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series (GMP600), GMP500, and the GMP400 are all very similar. All three gloves are infield models and use Deguchi Kip Leather. The differences comes down to web style and size. The GMP600 is an 11.50" pattern with a single post T2 web. The GMP500 is an 11.75" pattern with a Deep 3 I-Web. The GMP400 is an 11.50" pattern with a Deep 3 I-Web.

How does this glove compare to the Global Elite VOP series? This is a bit pricey and I was wondering if there was something similar. Eric
The Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series (GMP600) and the Mizuno Global Elite VOP Series (GGE61V) are both high end quality gloves that would be very nice options for any level of player. The Deguchi Kip leather on the Pro Limited Edition is slightly higher quality but they are both premium gloves.

He is short stop and currently using a Wilson A2000 Baseball Glove: A2000BBDP15GM Is this glove Mizuno suitable. Price not a factor. Is this the best glove for him for a new glove. Regards Jim Jimbo
