The all-new Synergy Fastpitch Series gloves are specifically made for young female players that are just starting out in fastpitch softball. These gloves are designed with smaller hand openings, narrower finger stalls, and wider webs to give younger girls more control over their mitt. Kids need a glove that is easy to squeeze, which is why Easton introduces Z-Flex to this series. Z-Flex gloves have elastic strips on each side of the heel, which combined with ultra soft leather, creates one of the softest, most flexible gloves on the market! These gloves also feature Grab All webs that are 40% bigger than tradional youth webs, making catching a lot more fun and easy! And forget about the sting of hard hit or thrown balls, because the Synergy Fastpitch Series uses Eastons's VRS protective palm pad. Pros: Fits my 5 year old little girl's hand perfect. This is her first glove ever. Loved how soft and "broken in" it is.

Cons: Little girl wanted it in purple however, she forgot between the time we ordered and it arrived.

The pinkie and ring finger will actually go in the same finger stall. This will help the younger player squeeze the glove easier.

This is a very good glove for someone just starting out with t-ball. This is a glove that will be easy for a younger girl to open and close.

I believe that the 10 inch glove would work for her. This glove should work for her for a bit, then you would be able to move up to another glove that is bigger.
