The 2015 Wilson Advisory Staff Series (WTA04RB15YP66) Yasiel Puig Model will have more of a youth fit so it will be smaller in the finger stalls and wrist opening. In general, it would not fit the hand of most players of your age unless you have a smaller hand.

Before I buy, is this glove good for a 6 year old? If so, does it need to be broken? I do see it says its game ready, but I don't know what that really means. Edgar

The 2015 Wilson Advisory Staff Series (WTA04RB15YP66) Yasiel Puig Model is made for younger players, but it may not be small enough for someone as young as 6. Also, the leather on the glove is not going to be as stiff, so game ready means there won't be much of a break in process.

This Wilson Advisory Staff Series (WTA04RB15YP66 Yasiel Puig Model) would probably not be beneficial for use by a 16 year old player as the quality of pig skin leather is not very high and the glove will come with a fitting for a younger player. If you wanted an adult model of this Wilson Puig model of glove, I would recommend the Wilson A2000 Series Yasiel Puig Model (A2015YP66GM).

This Wilson Advisory Staff Series (WTA04RB15YP66 Yasiel Puig Model) has a 12.00" length and a youth fitting to it which may make it not the most beneficial style of glove for use by your player at 12 years old. I would probably recommend getting your player something with an 11.5" length and more of an intermediate or adult fit to it. An option I would recommend is the Wilson A1K Pro Staff Series Baseball Glove (A1K0SA4DP15) which has an 11.5" length and an intermediate fit.
