Pros: There can't possibly be a better glove in this price range. Fits my 8 year old daughter perfectly and was soft enough for her to close the first day. Free shipping, and received the glove less than 48 hours from the time I ordered.

My daughter is 9 yrs old and playing first base this year in her fastpitch league (11" ball). She has smaller hands and we are looking for something that would be the easiest for her to close the glove when catching the ball. We are looking at these models, would you recommend this Wilson A500, the Mizuno Prospect GPL1209B, The Louisville Zephyr or the Easton Natural Elite NE115FP ? Thank you for your time. CC

The Mizuno Prospect: GPL1209B and the Louisville Slugger TPS Zephyr Fastpitch Series: Z1201 are too large for a nine year old. We recommend the Easton Natural Elite: NE115FP or the Wilson A500 Game Soft Fastpitch Series: A0500FP115. The Easton Natural Elite will have slightly smaller finger stalls, great for a player with smaller hands.

My daughter plays short stop and sometime center field on a 12 and under travel team. Is this a good glove size for her to use? babygirl

Using our Glove Coach, I determined that an 11.50" glove would be the ideal size for a player her age playing those positions. So the Wilson A500 Game Soft Fastpitch Series (A0500FP115) Youth would be a great choice.

My daughter is 14 and plays 16U. She's been playing third base with a Wilson A730 13" glove, but it's too big for that position and her. She's 5'6" and we were wondering if the 11.50" would be right for her or maybe the 12"? Thanks. Roger

The 11.50" size Wilson A500 Game Soft Fastpitch Series (A0500FP115) Youth may be slightly too small. A 12" would most likely be a better fit at third base for her. The All Star Vela THREE FING3R Series (FGSBV-12 Fastpitch) would be a very high quality 12" model.
