Glove Benefits
This glove's 12.5" length has the necessary reach to do all that needs to be done as a fastpitch first basewoman. And you don't have to worry about it being too heavy. This is due to the SuperSkin material that is added to the backing of the glove (SuperSkin is extremely lightweight). This will make the glove very maneuverable and allow you to make your fielders look like all-stars on their throws over to first.

My daughter will be playing 13u travel baseball next year and I'm having a hard time finding a premium leather glove for a smaller hand size. She uses a Pedroia fit A2000 OF glove and it works perfectly but unfortunately there is no Pedroia fit 1B glove. This season she's using a Rawlings Encore 1B glove but it's already getting too floppy after one season. I'd like to avoid doing a custom Rawlings narrow or youth taper because of the cost. I'm wondering if this A2000 softball glove could also work for baseball or is the pocket too big? Scott
