Laces broke Chris Parent
Pros: None
Cons: This is our 2nd glove. First glove’s laces broke after 3 days. Received our 2nd gloves, laces broke in 4 days. Laces are dry and they are very stiff.
9-11U/ Little League Steven Nihipali Parent
Pros: This glove either catches it or your missing by inches Great little pocket and pop sound
Cons: Really stiff when it's new, but breaks in quickly
Thing does its job with ease Steven Nihipali Coach
Pros: Soft, easy to break in, flexible, fun to use
Cons: Hand is a bit bigger inside for my kid who has small hands
Laces broke first day Mark Coach
Pros: none yet
Cons: Original laces broke first day. Replacement laces broke also same spot- I'm guessing a design flaw on the angle of the laces with the webbing. A2000's have been top of the line, but this one has been a dud.
Laces broke! Lisa De Sena Parent
Pros: Just gloves provides great customer service for a disappointing glove.
Cons: Laces broke in the webbing after one 30 minute catch! Not even during a practice. Wilson doesn’t warranty the laces at all. So thankful that just gloves is a great company and offered a refund or exchange.
The laces broke. C.Sand Parent
Pros: It's an A2000.
Cons: The laces in the pocket didn't even last an hour. They snapped right away. Don't buy this glove.
Overall great mitt BUT... Tom W Parent
Pros: Easy break in. Great feel and the glove itself is very well made. The LACES however broke just like other reviews warned they would. Probably 6th time using. The tear happened in the pocket so instead of returning we are going to have the pocket re laced in red which adds some flair. My son loves this glove...
Cons: The laces in the pocket WILL ABSOLUTELY BREAK. I bet that's why the 199.00 price point.
Do not buy Stephanie Lewis Parent
Pros: Shipping was quick
Cons: We got my son a new glove and within a week and a half of using, the lacing busted at the pocket. The glove was replaced and the same day the replacement glove came, my son fielded 3 balls and then a line shot was hit to him and the ball busted the laces again on the replacement glove. After 2 and the same thing happening I requested a refund.
It's not the best Tony Player
Pros: really good pocket and overall build
Cons: laces broke after only having this glove for 3 months
Laces broke Eddie Arnold Parent
Pros: Glove breaks in easily. The pocket snatches up any ball that hits it.
Cons: My laces broke just after the Assurance program that I bought ended. I would not recommend Wilson glove products due to the lace problem the company is currently having.
Great Glove Jai Parent
Pros: Good quality and size. Breaking in nicely
Cons: a bit stiff, but expected so not really a con
Issues with lacing are legit Jason Hack Parent
Pros: Size, shape and weight. Break in period is very reasonable.
Cons: My high school son uses this glove as his gamer. The reviews the issues with the lacing breaking in the web are true. Within 2 days the cross web lacing brock during a VERY light game of catch. The lacing is extremely weak. I have a local company that replaced the lacing with a high quality lacing for $30. Once the lacing is replaced, it is a quality mitt. You can for sure expect to replace the web lacing. I would recommend it even before you break it in. With the price the site offers, the relacing still made the glove worth it. discussing
