im 14 and use a 32 inch rawlings gold glove for catching. should i get this glove or a PROSCM20BRX ? and does the PROSCM20BX have a poron xd palm pad? T.M.
Both will be very good gloves. The Pro Preferred uses kip leather so it maybe a bit lighter. But both are very good choices.

I'm looking at the Wison A2000 and the Wilson Pudge for my 10 year old which mitt do you recommend? Pop
Either one of the gloves are going to be tremendous glvoes for him. They are both going to be high-end leather be one of Wilson's top sellers

A2000 or Heart of the Hide Special Edition, in your preference for a 12 year old A team catcher with a $250 price range? Lshot
In all honestly, the A2000 Series and Heart of the Hide Series are on par in terms of overall quality, durability and break-in period. 100% of the decision comes down to your own personal preference.
Tyler
My son (a college catcher)has been using all star 33.5 inch gloves for years. He is thinking of switching to the a2000 32.5 glove thinking its a little smaller and he will get the ball out a little faster. What do you think? rippper
A one inch difference can be very noticeable , his thinking may be correct. Luckily Justballgloves.com has a 100 day guarantee, so you can return the glove even after he tries it out.

Damon
What glove would be better for a 10 year old with big hands, the wilson A2000/A2403BB1791 or Mizuno GXC10? Kidd K
Both the Wilson A2000 Series: A2403BB1791 and Mizuno Global Elite Series: GXC10 are 32.5" mitts that fit the same. The decision comes down to your own personal preference.
Tyler
Is there a lot of difference between this mitt and the A2403 PUDGE model? Nick Tilley
The Wilson A2000: A2403 PUDGE and A2000: A2403BB1791 feature the exact same Pro Stock leather and are both 32.50". The only difference is the color of the gloves.
Tom
Will this mitt last 1 or 2 months? I catch pitchers throwing 85 to 98. Tilley
Yes, the Wilson A2000 would last you well past that time. It is made with extremely high quality leather designed to last at least a couple of years.
Tom
I am a freshman in high school, will this glove last all 4 years? Jimmy
The Wilson A2000 Series is a high quality line of gloves that are known to last 4 or more years.
Tyler
Is the A2K worth the $100 more and should I get this glove to last me through high school if I'm a utility infielder? Newman2727
Gloves are priced by quality, so the more you pay, the better the quality the leather will be and the more durability you will get. The A2K and A2000 Series gloves are priced accordingly, and the A2K is going to be worth the extra money if you are willing to spend a bit more.
Tyler
How long is the break in time? Me
The Wilson A2000 Baseball Glove: A2403BB1791 Catcher's Mitt will take around 2 weeks to get a nice pocket formed for your hand.
Noah
My last A2000 had wear in the pocket where I would catch the ball. Is there a way I could stop this from happening? What oil should I use? How often and how much should I apply to it? Tommy John
The Wilson A2000 Baseball Glove: A2403BB1791 features high quality, Pro Stock American Steerhide Leather and should exhibit great durability. The most wear does occur in the pocket of the mitt, and there isn't much you can do to prevent this. Storing your mitt in a dry, mild climate and keeping it clean will help extend it's life.
