Pros: Ordered the glove at a great price and it was delivered when they said it would be. The glove was recieved in perfect condition and my 8 year old son absolutly loves it. I ordered an Akadema Prodigy glove from a different vendor which arrived around the same time. He tried both of them out and he decided that the Wilson was a better fit for him. The glove has been very easy to break in and my son has very few dropped balls now. I highly recommend Just Ball Gloves as this will be the place I purchase gloves in the future.

Pros: Great glove! Had previously bought a cheaper glove for my son and he seemed to always have this problem where the ball would seem to pop-out of his glove when trying to catch it. This ended all of that! A little price but well worth the money!
Cons: As someone else pointed out. Even though its just cosmetics, for this kind of money they could have made the back part of the glove not look so gimmicky.

Pros: awesome

Pros: Easy break-in, practicing with glove very first week with - no problems. Great middle infielder's glove, very lightweight and feels like you have owned the glove forever in a short period of time. Love the extra padding in the palm. No glove oil needed, just used Wilson glove conditioner. Absolutely great glove and excellent buy - outstanding glove for youth player because of the great fit on your hand!
Cons:

Pros: Good leather pocket and easy break in period. Very good for infielder play especially. This is a step above others like the Mizuno prospect. Akadema prodigy was very comparable but I thought was not as good a fit on my 10yr old son. Akadema seemed like it would be harder to close even after breakin so went with A1000.
Cons: Back side is cheap vinyl (plastic?) type material in black color. I guess they had to save some money in materials but it comes off a bit cheap for someone paying this price range. This glove also seems to run on the small side for 11.50inch. Still, good fit for Pinto-Mustang age group (AA-AAA for LL).

About the Brand
A true American icon in the world of sports equipment. This Chicago-based manufacturer of quality gloves began in 1913 as Ashland Manufacturing, which was a subsidiary of the Wilson & Co. meat company. At one point, the enterprise became known as the Thomas E. Wilson Co., taking the name of an early chief executive. In 1931, the name was changed to Wilson Sporting Goods Co.
Wilson makes a variety of baseball gloves and equipment for several different positions, uncluding bats and batting gloves. They are best known for models that include the A2K and A2000, as well as custom gloves. Players such as Clayton Kershaw and Miguel Cabrera have sported Wilson baseball gloves.
