Description
Shoeless Joe Gloves give players the quality, feel, and style of the baseball and softball gloves worn by professional ball players over the last 100 years. You can choose glove models worn in the first half of century in the Golden Age Series, today's models in the Professional Model Series, or youth gloves with the Joe Junior Series. Shoeless Joe gloves are individually hand-cut and sewn from Special Aged Antique Tobacco Leather Hides. Shoeless Joe gloves are then hand-rubbed with old time ingredients to soften the leather before they go through their breaking in process that leaves the glove with a beaten up and "Game Worn" look and feel, of a broken in glove. Thus each glove is unstructured giving it its own unique features. Players can choose to play with an old time or modern day web without having to change to another model. A great play is lived only once, but your glove, you'll keep it forever. If you end a game with a clean uniform our gloves are not for you. Shoeless Joe: When It Was Just a Game. Free Shipping!

Pros: Played 2games and so far no problems. Will update after season
Cons: Just a little stiff as with all new gloves.
Pros: Extraordinary glove.. I catch short hops that used to get by me because I didn't want to bend over. Feels good when you first put it on, top quality leather, great finger spacing, perfect for softball. I'm in my 50s and I don't like diving for balls anymore. This glove minimizes that work. Finally, I don't have time to break in a glove because I'm busy, so the Shoeless Joe was the perfect solution.
Cons: None
Pros: Ready to play right out of the box. Have had many gloves over the years and this glove is by far the most game ready. Soft leather and quality puts this glove ahead of any I've had. Also, great customer service and delivery.
Cons: none
Pros: Nice leather, quick to break in. Started using immediately
Cons: None so far
Pros: big, big basket of a glove open web already broke in quality leather leather liner heavy duty lacing lightweight for it's size smells great I ordered it on an afternoon and got it the next day. Justballgloves has their act together. I played with this glove right out of the box, it was truly game ready. It's a huge glove and I could look fly balls right into the pocket since the glove has a very open web. Considering how big it is, it's lightweight. The only drawback for some players is that you need medium to big hands to handle this glove. I would rate this glove on a par with the Nokona gloves when it comes to quality. In fact, I bought this glove because Nokona doesn't make this size anymore, and I'm glad I did. If you want a well built, huge outfielders glove perfect for slowpitch, this is the glove. PS. I don't work for the company.
Cons: IMO, only for outfield not for small hands
Pros: No break in needed. Glove seems to a magnetic pocket.
Cons: Small opening to get your hand in. Specially if you like to wear a inner lining glove.
Pros: I'm been an infielder most of my life with small gloves so this thing is massive to me, but it has a great pocket and is perfect for softball. Love the way it feels seems like its high quality in every way.
Cons: So far only one, the strings seem a little loose which is fine, but I have to continue to tighten them. I'm being picky
Pros: The glove is huge. Leather is soft out of the box and ready for use in a game. Perfect for softball infield or outfield. I would definitely recommend.
Cons: Weird smell, but it goes away after one day of use outside. Large glove so if you have small hands you may have a problem controlling this. Not the lightest glove I've used.
Pros: The glove has a big pocket as others reviewed, I love it! It feels effortless to snag balls that would normally be out of reach. The leather quality is amazing too.
Cons: No way to adjust wrist strap
Pros: The glove is big and the softball fits into the pocket so nicely that you can barely even feel it. It was mostly broken in when I received it. The leather is top of the line...so nice, it smells great, and looks fantastic. All the guys on my team we're in awe...like "where did you get this?". I plan on using this glove for years.
Cons: The major problem I have w/ it is that the base of the thumb hole is not stiff enough. Therefore, the thumb side of the pocket is weak...especially if you happen to catch the ball up high in the pocket...it's not stiff enough to really hold the ball in there. If you catch the ball perfectly in the pocket, then no problem...but catching a fast ball up high in the pocket is a challenge. This is a major problem when trying to catch a line drive or a hard throw and you happen to not catch it perfectly in the pocket. I'm trying to figure out a way to make the thumb side more stiff. It basically just bends at the base of the thumb hole and is super weak. I missed a line drive last week because it caught the pocket high and the thumb was not stiff enough to keep the ball in. So, I just need to figure out how to fix this.
Pros: Beautiful glove, well made.
Cons: For me the glove seemed to loose. I didn’t want to tighten any of the strings since the glove was brand new. Two balls slid out the first game, then went to my older Worth glove. Also no adjustable thumb grip, just felt uncomfortable. Padding that runs down inside the glove to protect your thumb seems to have come down to short.
