im a 21 year old male FASTPITCH catcher playing compeditive ball, looking for a good solid LARGE glove to use behind the plate, most softball catchers gloves are small with barley any pocket and alot of people use/suggest first base gloves, what do you recommend? smitty
I always recommend a 13 inch first base mitt for men catching fastpitch softball. My father didn't play, but he coached and caught my sister through High School and College. He and the other coaches had a large (13 inch) first base mitt they used behind the plate in practice and between innings.
