(1) I would say that with time and use, the lacing on the web of this 2016 Nokona Legend Pro Series Baseball Glove (L-1275) will stretch and eventually need to be re-laced at some point. (2) I would recommend this glove for both college and high school outfielders as the quality is excellent and the length will be very functional for those ages. (3) We currently have this glove available in the left hand thrower option.
