This Limited Edition Series is built from Nokona's AmericanKIP leather fashioned in a brown, blonde, and tan colorway that is prepared to withstand the dog days of summer. This proprietary leather is a type of American steerhide that has been carefully tanned and softened to perform comparably to the kip leather imported from Japan and Europe.
This DesertKIP Pro Select glove features Nokona's 14U Select fitting for younger players & a modified trapeze webbing. Thanks to the aforementioned Nokona's AmericanKip leather, this glove has an exceptionally structured feel while still remaining light and comfortable for those long days in the field. Given the quality of materials used, you should expect some break-in period to achieve a custom fit. Additionally, Nokona designs these gloves at their facility in Texas, and each one is individually cut, stitched, laced, and stamped to ensure maximum quality!
Warranty
Nokona extends a twelve (12) month manufacturer’s warranty on all their gloves. If you buy a Nokona from JustGloves and experience an issue that may have come from defective workmanship or material, be sure and let the JustGloves Glove Experts know. The Glove Experts are trained in product and warranty knowledge. They will be happy to assist with providing directions for a warranty return to Nokona.

Is this glove appropriate for a 10 1/2 year old playing 2nd base or outfield? If not, what Nokona would you recommend for him? Or would the DP Wilson A2000 be better suited? I think he would prefer the shorter break in time. Beth
