Description

The classic Nokona Buffalo Combo Series is back with a new look and same unbeatable quality. Nokona uses premium quality, select American Range Bison from ranches in South Dakota to construct these gloves. Buffalo leather produces the best of both worlds, soft and sturdy. Buffalo leather is renowned for its flexibility and supple feel. The shape of the glove is key, so Nokona has combined Buffalo with their signature Walnut HHH leather. Walnut HHH leather results from an old world tanning process that produces a uniquely patterned leather with a character and feel all its own. Walnut HHH is one of the thickest leathers that Nokona produces and helps maintain the look and feel of the Buffalo Combo glove. This combination of leathers produces a robust yet supple glove. When looking for a top-of-the-line glove, the Nokona Buffalo Combo Series should be on the top of the list. This versatile glove is handmade in the U.S.A. in Nocona, Texas for the elite player. Don't buy a new glove every year, get a Nokona and get a glove that will last far beyond your expectations. Nokona: America's Pastime. American Made! Free Shipping!

Questions and Answers

Have a question about the Nokona Buffalo Combo Series: BC1275H? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.

Is this glove quick to break in? How would it compare with the Nokona Pro Line Series: PL1275H and the Mizuno Classic Pro Soft Series: GCP80S. I am trying to decide on one of these 3 gloves for my son who will be a sophomore in high school. He has mainly been a 1st baseman but is now splitting time between 1st, 3rd, and outfield. He has a 1st base glove and an infield glove and we are looking for a good glove that will not take long to break in. Thanks Chuck
The Nokona Buffalo Combo Series: BC1275H is made from Nokona's classic Buffalo leather. Buffalo leather is highly regarded for its unique appearance and hardy nature. It is also renowned for its flexibility while retaining its shape and fit. Buffalo is drum dyed then put through a gentle massaging process before being dry-milled which accentuates its soft, supple hand. It will require a moderate break-in period, but should be ready to go after a week or so. Compared to the Pro Line Series, this glove will be easier to break-in. However, the Mizuno Classic Pro Soft Series: GCP80S features a softer leather and will be easier to break-in than the Nokona Buffalo Combo Series: BC1275H. All are excellent gloves for the outfield.

Would the H-Web fit as big as the Modified Trapeze in the 12.75"? Or would it fit any smaller? smttt14
The webbing shouldn't change the overall glove size or feel on this Nokona Buffalo Combo Series: BC1275H. I have heard the Nokona brand does fit a little tighter overall no matter the size. So keep that in mind.

I play pitcher mens softball and have an XL hand size. looking to keep it made in the USA and buy a Nokona glove but there softball selection is pretty small. i found a buffalo combo at one of the store locally and it fit ok a little tight though. Question, trying to decide between the 1275 Bloodline with the modified trap or the buffalo combo with H pocket. Does either model seem to have a large pocket and a which has the larger hand opening? Gr
Both the Nokona Buffalo Combo Series: BC1275H and the Nokona Bloodline Series: BL1275M are outfield baseball gloves. We recommend the softball models in a 13.00" to a 14.00" because Nokona gloves run small. Does this glove have a deep pocket or does running small refer to the pocket depth? I am looking for a glove that could be used for baseball along with adult softball. I don't know if I really want to go with the Nokona WS1250C. TH
The Nokona Buffalo Combo Series does run about 1/4" small. That refers to how the glove is measured from the tip of the finger to the base of the palm, before the glove is laced. The pocket depth is still deep.

I have a Nokona AMG 1250 which I have had for several years and never used in a game, though have made efforts to break it in. I look at it now and think it is the perfect glove. One thing I like about it is the ability to adjust the part the goes over the back of my hand. How does one do that on this glove? peaches
The older models of the AMG1250 featured an adjustable wrist strap on the back of the wrist. Unfortunately, with the conventional open back of the Nokona Buffalo Combo Series: BC1275H, that same kind of adjustment is not possible. All of the current Nokona baseball models with 12.75" patterns feature that conventional open back.

This glove looks beautiful. I'm a little concerned about the break in period. I don't need something game ready out of the box, but also don't want to spend the next 6 months breaking it in. I need 12.75. Is this the best option? Hornsfan
This glove will require a break-in period. The more expensive the glove, the more durable the leather will be. That also means it will require more of a break-in.
