How soft/game ready is this. I am purchasing it for my 12 yr old son who does not take the time to break in gloves. Is this a heavy glove. Compare it to a Kip leather 12inch Akadema (Torino) please. My son plays 1st, 3rd and outfield on a travel team. Scott
Where is this Mizuno made. Also if my son plays 1,2 & 3 and we can only afford one glove would this fit the bill? He is 12 and plays travel ball. joel
