Description

Think you know top of the line gloves? Think again. Mizuno is proud to introduce THE HIGHEST QUALITY ball gloves to ever hit the market, the Pro Limited Edition Series. Don't let the price of these gloves scare you, because they're worth every penny. For the Pro Limited Edition Series, Mizuno uses Deguchi Kip Leather that is soft, supple, strong, and ready to impress. This leather is characterized by having tighter fibers and has been through a proprietary tanning process that perfectly conditions the leather so that it is stronger than any Mizuno ever created. When you slip this glove on to your hand, you'll immediately notice a sensation of softness and comfort that is provided by the Shika Palm Liner - an elite deerskin palm liner that provides the ultimate feel. Mizuno also introduces a new technology called Speed Drive with the release of the Pro Limited Edition Series. Speed Drive Technology perfectly balances each glove based on where it will be used in the field to provide players the fastest reaction time and best response possible. This is achieved through lighter thumb, pinky, and heel construction, while reinforcing the index, middle, and ring fingers. It is truly genius craftsmanship. Each glove is impressed with a Limited Edition stamp that is adorned with the name of the master craftsman that designed your glove. Mizuno stands behind this glove as one of the greatest to ever hit the field, and that's why they are offering an off-season conditioning program with every GMP650 purchased in NEW condition (Gloves sold as USED will not qualify for the program). This one-time repair and reconditioning of your Pro Limited Edition glove will return it to its original glory and get you back on the diamond! It just doesn't get any better than this. Mizuno: Never Settle. Free Shipping!

Pros: I personally pitch with this glove. I have received many compliments on this glove. Mizuno's answer to the Rawlings Primo Series. It's equal or better grading leather. It comes with a glove bag and off season conditioning program to restring. I didn't even need to oil it from the moment I received it. It was game ready. No need to squeeze your fingers to catch the ball, it catches itself practically.

Cons: None.

If I play pitcher and outfield, is this glove suitable for both positions?

The Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series: GMP650 is a pitcher/infielder model. It will be a little small for outfield play. I would look at the Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series: GMP100. It would work well for a pitcher and outfielder.
Nick
On the mizuno website it says that this is a 12 inch glove. Is it the same glove?
Ichiro
I looked on Mizuno's website, and they actually have the Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series: GMP650 listed as a 11.5" glove. Here is the link: http://www.mizunousa.com/baseball/products/mizuno-pro-limited-edition-gmp650-infield-pitcher-glove

What will be the best size model on the Mizuno Pro Limited? I'm looking for a very stiff glove. Thank you very much.
Jack
The 11.50" size on the Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series (GMP650) would be a fantastic glove for a middle infielder. A pitcher could even benefit from this model.
