My son has a Prospect Series MMX 115P that he has out-grown. He loves the glove, but it is just too small (11.5 inches). He plays short and second, so I would like some advice on what model and size you would recommend. He is 14 years old. Bob
11.5 inches is generally recommended for a 14 year old who plays the middle infield. If he feels an 11.5 inch is to small, I would recommend moving up to a 12 inch glove. It really comes down to personal preference, but there are a ton of viable options out there. Wilson A2000, Rawlings Pro Preferred, Rawlings Heart of the Hide, Easton Professional, Worth Liberty, Akadema Precision are some of the top options.

if ur a out fielder..what size glove should i get and what kind the boss
Most outfielders will use anywhere from a 12 - 12.75 inch glove. The average size is a 12.5 inch. Alot of outfielders prefer gloves with a trapeze web.

My 16 yr old daughter plays short stop and 2nd currently using a 11.75 glove.. Should she be using a bigger glove. I would like to see her in a 12.25 size Lisa
It is recommended that she use an 11.75-12.25. Whatever she is comfortable with. For being 16 and playing the middle infield, any of these sizes will work for her.
Brett
this glove is for 2nd baseman and third baseman? elmontro
I would recommend an 11.00-11.50 inch glove for the infield. For outfield I would recommend a 12.00-12.50 inch glove.
Brett
is this glove ideal for girls softball, especially for 9 - 13 age groups. Daddy T
The only real difference between baseball and softball gloves, is fastpitch models have smaller finger slots for girls' smaller hands. This one could easily be used for softball because the pocket will allow it to accomodate the bigger softballs. The key question is, what position does she play and the size of the player.
Linda
Coaching my sons team and need a new glove. Will this work? need a glove for the next few years. bought my sons glove from u and he loves it. Jason
If you're shopping for a glove for yourself, this would be a great inexpensive option. It will hold up well and is pretty comfortable.
