Take command behind the plate with a mitt designed for young players who want dependable performance, quick break-in, and lasting durability. The Acadia Catcher’s Mitt combines pro-level craftsmanship with a youth-friendly fit, giving catchers the tools they need to frame pitches, block balls, and control the game with confidence.
Glove Benefits
This 32-inch catcher’s mitt is engineered exclusively for backstops, featuring a two-piece closed web that creates a deep and secure pocket for receiving high-velocity pitches. Built with a full-grain cowhide leather shell and palm, the mitt provides rugged durability, consistent structure, and long-lasting performance. Professional-grade rawhide laces reinforce the mitt’s strength, ensuring it can handle heavy use and the demands of catching game after game.
Inside, Marucci’s M Type Fit system enhances comfort with integrated thumb and pinky sleeves alongside a cushioned thumb stall that stabilizes the hand and reduces sting on impact. The genuine leather palm lining adds a smooth, protective feel, while the soft finger lining minimizes fatigue for all-day wear. A microfiber wrist and finger lining wick away moisture, keeping hands cool and comfortable behind the dish. Finished with a conventional open back and offered in bold blonde, mint, and red colorways, the Acadia V3 blends high-level performance with standout style for pre-teen ballplayers ready to own the catcher’s spot.
