Rival Series gloves are held together with USA tanned rawhide lacing that provides up to 100 lbs of tensile strength for excellent durability. Inside, the Rival features Oasis Lining that is made from super soft cowhide to provide durable and unwavering comfort. Easton's Custom Pro Fit System is also used on these gloves. This patent pending back-of-hand strap gives players a range of customizable fits. This strap is also easily replaceable, and a blank one is included in case players want to personalize it with their name and number! The back of these straps are outfitted with Easton's Bio-Dri moisture management fabric to wick away moisture and keep the glove dry and light. Does this glove have a wrist adjustment? Lyn

There is not a velcro adjustment on this glove, however there is additional holes which allow the wrist to be tightened.

Yes. The Easton Rival Series: RVB2500 Catcher's Mitt is an adult size mitt. It will fit an adult's hand that is above average in size.

I am looking to get a catchers mitt to use for my daughters pitching practice. I recently bought my other daughter the Rival 33" Catcher's mitt and loved it, but my hands are too big for it. Will this mitt work for 12" softballs and will it accomadate a much larger hand than the 33" does? Softball Dad

The Easton Rival Series: RVB2500 is a baseball catcher's mitt that will be difficult to use with a 12" softball. My father coached my sister, who pitched in high school and college, and he always used a larger (13") baseball first base mitt during practice, pre-game warmups and backyard catch. This is due to the fact that most female fastpitch catchers mitts will not fit an adult male with hands above average in size and baseball catchers mitts will not have a big enough pocket to accommodate a softball.

The Mizuno World Win Series: GXC75 Catcher's Mitt will be the easiest to break-in overall. The Retro Leather is light and very comfortable. The ParaShock and Pro-Scoop Technologies are great features on this Mitt that will protect your palm and help you stop everything. The pocket depth will be average. The two Easton models will be fairly similar. The differences between the Easton Natural Elite Series: NEB2 Catcher's Mitt and the Easton Rival Series: RVB2500 Catcher's Mitt will be small. They both will feature Two-Piece Closed Webs and x2 Lacing. They both will be made from USA Steer Hide Leather. Both will have Easton's Bio-Dri Moisture Control. The NEB2 will have the Bio-Dri in the Finger Linings while the RVB2500 will provide it in the Wrist Lining. They both will come with the VRS Palm Pad for added support and protection. The RVB2500 will have the Super Soft Oasis Lining for added comfort that the NEB2 will not have. Both gloves will break-in the same. The RVB2500 will come in a bigger offered size (34.50").
