The Diamond Diesel Series gloves are going to be high quality mitts. They are pretty comfortable and durable. The PT275T is on closeout price through Diamond (there is nothing wrong with the glove). The black model is not on closeout price as of yet.

I'm new to baseball and looking to purchase this glove. How does the webbing on this glove affect my ability to catch the ball? Thanks Lucky
The Six Finger Web Design of this glove is generally a preferred webbing for outfielders, as it provided somewhat of a longer, funnel style way of catching the ball, with a very deep pocket to help secure catches. The deeper pocket is generally not preferred for infielders, as they want to catch and quickly transition the ball from glove to the hand as fast as possible.
