Short finger stalls Cakes Player

Pros: Great leather and a nice look for a 2nd tier All Star glove. It's definitely worthy of the price point. The dark brown is beautiful contrasted with the blonde accents. As advertised, this is a very stiff glove requiring significant time and effort to break in. Once you get it over the hump it will be a very nice tooll.

Cons: The finger stalls on this are very short. The one I ordered was not advertised as a Pedroia fit model. The tagging didn't mention that either. I've moved over to this from a decade on 34" Wilson 1790. I'm not sure if this will end up being functional for me. I'm going to keep working it and see if it opens up a bit. I might even do something I've always dreaded and do a hot water dip on it. Beware of this if you have longer fingers. I am a large in batting gloves if that helps you determine fit for yourself.

1st catchers glove Harvey Hardman Player

Pros: Nice leather, good looking glove, comfortable hand stall, breaking in nicely and isn't super stiff...

Cons: It seems to want to bubble at the lower left thumb palm side... I work it out, but it wants to sneak back. I massage it out before I store it and it stays gone. I'm breaking in my 1st catchers glove in and it could be part of the process...

Classy Quality & Sweet Savings for All-Star Mitt Hector Parent

Pros: I love my first All-Star mitt! It is such a great find, The leather feels incredibly smooth and high-quality, and that classy, no-frills look is just right. When I use a shifted grip, it performs at its best; solid catches and minimal balls dropped. If I can compare it to a top shelf glove, I'd compare it to a Wilson 33" CM300 A2000, for reference. I couldn't be happier with this sweet addition to my gear/collection!

Cons: Great quality leather that feels premium, though it’s quite stiff and will require a significant break-in period.
