Pros: The quality of this glove superb. The leather used is just about as good as any of the $200+ gloves on the market, but in a price range that is affordable for everyone. The leather is firm, but workable to build a good deep pocket. This glove has been great for my 6 year old!
Cons: Break-in time is a little longer than expected. Not really a con considering the quality of leather that is used. Break-in time should be expected.

Pros: great glove! My six year old used it in a tournament the day after it came in the mail. he was a Butterfield ground balls just fine it was just blind drives that he had a problem with, dropped one but that was it.
Cons: none

Pros: Seems to break in pretty easy.
Cons: The leather the glove is made with is not worth the money. The pinky portion of the glove is extremely stiff and provides for an awkward close. The glove does not appear it will hold up very long.

Pros: my son has had this glove for a year now. we are really happy with the quality of the leather and the overall quality of the glove. it holds its shape well. it works just as well for fly balls as ground balls at his age (7 years old). we would definitely buy it again.
Cons: the break-in period was a bit long, but that is to be expected for a glove made of decent quality leather and that you want to hold its shape.
Great starter glove Chris Coach
Pros: High quality Good form Easy break in
Cons: None

Is this an all leather glove? I am curious about the weight. Aj
The Akadema Rookie 10.5'' and the Vinci Pro 10.5'' seem to be very similar. What is the difference that may lead you to choose one over the other? CW
When will you have more right hand throwers in stock? James
My son is playing shortstop in 7U coach pitch. He's currently using a 10.75" Mizuno Prospect Series. I'm looking for something that will be an improvement to his game over that. I've been looking at this one and the Vinci Pro Custom Pro Junior Series: BRV1957 Youth. I can't determine any significant differences other than the I-web and T-web designs and the $5 difference. Is there much of a difference in the two? Would one be better than the other for shortstop? Jim
Does this glove have a leather back or a mesh back? Look like in picture to have a leather back but have read its mesh. Flagg
