Glove Benefits
For their A2K model baseball gloves Wilson chose premium-grade black and saddle tan pro stock leathers. These are combined with black SuperSkin, which has all the strength of traditional leather but half the weight. Three times more shaping goes into this glove before it even leaves the factory, so you'll have it ready to go for opening day. A double palm construction and rolled dual welting on the fingers will also help keep your glove's unique shape once you've got it perfectly broken in.
What sets this A2K SuperSkin glove apart from other models is a wide single-post web construction in the pocket. This makes for a slightly shallower pocket than some other A2K gloves, so it's ideal for fielders who prefer ultra-fast access to the ball after making a catch or fielding a grounder. And though this glove's pocket is shallower, it has a wide construction for added control as you corral erratic fly balls. Available for both right and left throwing fielders, this glove could be an ideal choice for quick performance, comfort, and added durability this season.
