Description
Shoeless Joe Gloves - "when it was just a game". Shoeless Joe Gloves give a player the quality, feel and style of the gloves worn by professional ball players over the last 100 years. You can choose glove models worn in the first half of century in the Golden Age Series or today`s models in the Professional Model Series. The Shoeless Joe gloves are individually hand-cut and sewn from Special Aged Antique Tobacco Leather Hides. Shoeless Joe gloves are then hand-rubbed with old time ingredients to soften the leather before they go through their breaking in process that leaves the Glove with a beaten up and `Game Worn` look and feel, of a broken in glove. Thus each glove is unstructured giving it it`s own unique feature. Players can choose to play with an old time or modern day web without having to change to another model. A great play is lived only once, but, Your Glove, you`ll keep it forever. If you end a game with a clean uniform our gloves are not for you. Shoeless Joe Gloves - "when it was just a game".

old man
Pros: looks cool
Cons: very hard to field with and quite small
Slick
Pros: Nice Old timer glove, well made from that era. Everyone that sees it is in envy of this glove.
Cons: Takes time to get use to catch with that type of glove but if your a gamer it will come fast.
DROD
Pros: This is a great looking glove. The leather is nice and it was shipped in game ready condition. The looks of the glove cannot be beat.
Cons: The glove is much too small to be of any practical use. The glove I received measured approx. 9-5/8 inches. That's about the size of a tee-ball glove. Not practical for real use but nice to put on a shelf in your home or office.
tigersox81
Pros: You can actually play with it! After a little break-in and light oiling, this was a joy to catch around with. It has classic baseball appeal - and is a functional 1950's style eye-catcher. A+
Cons: I really can't think of any. The price seemed a bit high - until I worked in the glove. Well worth the price.
1956 Glove Jim Young Other
Pros: Authentic Great leather Smells great !
Cons: None
Beautiful crafted mitt Joshua Holcomb Parent
Pros: I bought this glove because I’m an old time baseball fanatic. My favorite hats are made by Ebbets field Flannels. The smell of this glove makes it. And even though this glove is beautifully crafted and gives you the real feel of what use to happen on the ball field. I would not recommend anything more than playing catch. I’m sure you could use this if you’re on a team but considering the other players aren’t using a golden age glove, they would have the advantage. Which is clearly states in the description. That said, it has made me a shoesless Joe fan, so I will be buying a pitchers mitt next.
Cons: None that I can tell.
