Since its introduction in 1957, the Wilson A2000 has set the standard for premium ball gloves. With over 55 years of game changing performance, the A2000 only continues to get better and is still one of the most popular glove choices among baseball's top athletes. Wilson has spent decades working with MLB players to refine the A2000 baseball glove so that it outperforms and outlasts all others. The A2000 is made from American Pro Stock Steerhide Leather that is hand selected for its rugged durability. Inside the glove, there is an extremely comfortable Dri-Lex Wrist Lining. Dri-Lex Technology is an ultra-breathable material that transfers moisture away from the skin, keeping your hand cool and dry. Each A2000 model also features the patented Dual-Welting that creates a pre-curved finger design to help maintain the most stable and durable pocket possible. I'd rather "feel" the glove before purchasing. I think this is the right glove for me. I've played with a friend's A2000 12.5" with a Dual Hinge web and I really like it. What happens if I buy this glove and I don't like the feel?

We offer a 100 day guarantee on all of our gloves, if you purchase the 2017 Wilson A2000 12.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB17KP92 and are unhappy with the feel of the glove you can send it back to us as long as it is within 100 days from the date you purchased the glove.
My son primarily pitches, but plays outfield as well. He tends to desire a larger glove even for pitching. Is the pocket too deep for pitching and is the web okay for pitching?
As long as your player is okay with the 12.5" length, this 2017 Wilson A2000 12.5" Baseball Glove (A20RB17KP92) will be just fine for use on the mound (it will be excellent for use in the outfield). The modified trap web will cover your player's pitching hand extremely well when gripping pitches in the glove.
I am a lefty pitcher and a outfielder but would this glove be too large to pitch with also or would it be comfortable to play both with?
The 2017 Wilson A2000 12.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB17KP92 12.50" design would be a good fit for somebody that pitches and plays outfield.
If I'm in high school and I play outfield, but I feel like I might play infield sometimes, could I use this in the infield at all?
The 2017 Wilson A2000 12.5" Baseball Glove (A20RB17KP92) is probably going to be a little too big for any kind of regular infield use.
I have used the old A2000 JH32 and liked it very much. Does this glove compare well to the JH32?
The 2017 Wilson A2000 12.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB17KP92 is very comparable to the JH32 that you mentioned, just a different color, basically.
What age group do you recommend for this size glove?
The 2017 Wilson A2000 12.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB17KP92 is going to be an adult sized glove.
My son plays mostly outfield but is also a regular 2nd baseman, can this glove be a good choice for both positions?
I would not recommend a 12.5" glove for 2nd base, that might be a bit large. I would lean more towards a 12" model if you are looking for a glove suited for both positions.
I'm looking for a mitt for high school baseball. I plan to play center field, I currently use a 12-inch mitt. Is this mitt right for me?
Yes, the 2017 Wilson A2000 12.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB17KP92 would be a great glove for you. You can also move up to a 12.75'' glove if you would like.
I am 14 and have been using a 12.5 inch Wilson A500 for a few years. Will this glove size still be good in high school seeing as I will either be playing third base, pitcher or outfield?
Yes, this 2017 Wilson A2000 12.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB17KP92 would be a great option for you. It may be slightly too large at 3rd base, but it all comes down to you are comfortable with.

(1) - First remove any existing dirt by wiping the glove with a clean, dry cloth. (2) - When clean, rub a small amount of conditioner into the leather with hands or clean cloth. (3) - Work it into the web, palm, laces, inside of the glove, & any other area that has become dry or is starting to crack. (4) - When finished, place your glove in a warm, dry area (70 - 90 F) & allow the leather to absorb the conditioner for 24 hrs.
