When the glove arrived at my house, it was for a left handed thrower...No worries. Mistakes happen. I called customer service to explain the mix up. Spoke to a representative (Marcus? I'm terrible with names) and explained the situation. He reviewed the order, apologized, and said that was their fault for mislabeling the glove as a right hand thrower. He instructed me to put the glove in the box it was shipped in, set it on the front porch, and he was sending me a NEW glove at no cost to me. It arrived the very next day.
