The customer Service was outstanding! The fact that you allow a player to actually test the glove to make sure it's what they want, and return it for exchange or refund is absolutely incredible! My son is a college catcher and in the past had to hope that the glove would be a good fit because once he used it, it was his whether it was a good fit or not! More buisnesses need to follow your lead!
