I have a 13 yo daughter starting travel fast pitch. She is small in stature 4' 10" and plays short stop. Is the pocket well on this mitt ok for her needs. It is a nice product! Raspo

The pocket size on the Wilson A500 Game Soft Fastpitch Series (A0500FP11) is a good size for softball play. However, the youth model is intended for a smaller hand. It has smaller finger stalls and a smaller wrist opening designed for younger players. Given her age, it may be appropriate for her to use an adult sized glove.
