Great old look and feel to the glove. Break in is easy but the thumb and pinky stay rigid to keep the glove working properly.
It would be nice if the glove had a little more padding. There is virtually no padding in the palm of the glove so if you get the ball in the palm instead of the pocket it is going to sting.

Is this glove fit for a 10 year old second baseman?
The Shoeless Joe Professional Series is an adult glove and will be too big for a 10 year old. We recommend a youth glove in a 11.25" to a 11.50".
My 10 year old son plays a lot of second base. Would this be a good size and or glove for him?
The Shoeless Joe 1150IW is an 11.5 inch model. For his age, we would recommend a smaller glove of 11" to 11.25".
