Pros: It forms to your hand after a very short time. This is a great glove for infielders. Webbing on it is amazing. There is no sting yet, I have had this glove for a few weeks.

Cons: The leather is very stiff right out of the box, and it takes a while to break-in.

Questions and Answers

Have a question about the Nike N1 Air Series: BF1354? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.

does the Nike N1 Air Series BF1354 come in a size 11 3/4" right hand thrower CC
This particular model is only offered in the 11.50 Inch. The Diamond Elite Pro Series: BF1252 is an 11.75 Inch design from Nike that would work well.
Jeff
Do you have this glove for a right handed thrower? Noremak
As of 4/18/2011, we only have this glove available for a left hand thrower. We do expect to receive more for a right hand thrower, but it may be several weeks. As soon as we get them in we will post them on our site.
Jeff
can you get your name stitched on the glove? joe
We do not have any customization options. I would check out customglove.com after purchasing a glove.

I just lost my nike swingman 11.5" glove and I was looking for a replacement for sort of cheap. Would this be a good replacement glove? bill
Yes, this would be a very good replacement glove. This glove uses full grain leather that is very durable and should last a very long time. This glove comes almost broken in all the way, it will take take much time to break in this glove.
Brett
why is the price so cheap? nike
The price is based on the quality of leather that is used. This glove will have a quick break in period, but will not be as durable as some of the more higher priced gloves.

Is this Nike N1 Air a youth glove I need to buy it for a 11 year old? lisaelld
This is not a youth glove. This will be an adult glove. A youth glove may be to small for that age as the finger stalls will be smaller and he may grow out of the glove easier. I would suggest looking at 11.25-11.50 for that age.
KG
Is this a youth glove? Can a youth use it? Is it thick padded/thin padded? Too heavy for a youth? Or ok? chances
This is an adult glove. Youth gloves have smaller finger stalls so they are easier to open and close. The N1 series does have good padding.
KB
Would this glove work for a 9 year old playing minors? matt
At 11.5 inches, this would be a good option for a 9 year old to use for several years.
Tyler
Would this be good for a 15 year old playing infield? Wyatt
The Nike N1 Air Series is a perfect choice for infielders and would work well for a 15 year old as well. The N1 has a shallow pocket for an easy ball transfer.
Nick
Is this glove recommended for slowpitch men's softball or is this strictly a baseball glove? jab1a0
This is designed for baseball but could be used for slow pitch softball. The Nike N1 Air Series: BF1354 is 11.50 inches which is great for baseball but might be a little small for slow pitch softball. Here is a link to look at a 12.00 inch Nike N1 Air Series. http://www.justballgloves.com/product/nike-n1-air-series--bf1355/12481/
Tom
Would this be a good glove for a 16 year old varsity shortstop? all-star
Yes. At 11.5", the Nike N1 Air Series: BF1354 is a good glove for a 16 year old shortstop.
Tyler
As a 5' 7" 165 pound 15 year old freshman high school pitcher, is this glove recommended? If not, what would you recommend? ry
The Nike N1 Air Series: BF1354 is an 11.5" glove. For a 15 year old pitcher, I recommend a 12" glove. The Nike N1 Air Series: BF1355 would be a great option, as it is 12" and features a closed web for your pitching.
Katie W.
I'm 14 and I play Shortstop. I have a large hand and a 11.50" is quite small, what should I do? I really want a Nike glove because I hear they're a great glove to play with. Simmo
Nike does make good gloves, but if a 11.50" model has been too small in the past you should consider going with the Nike Diamond Elite Select Series: BF1535.
Noah
My son is an average size 9 yr old. I am looking at an 11.5 inch glove. Would you advise this or the N1 Lock for him? Kvas
Personally I would recommend the Nike N1 Air Series (BF1354). This is one of Nike's top of the line youth gloves.
Jackson
Can this be used for outfield? lil man
You absolutely could use this for outfield. However, the Nike N1 Air Series (BF1354) features an 11.5" length, which is most ideal for infield or pitching. Most outfielders prefer using a 12.5"-13" model for outfield.
Justin R.
Would u recommend this glove to an 11 year old who plays middle infield and has an above average playing ability? Hunter
Typically for an 11 year old middle infielder I would suggest an 11.00" model. An 11.50" is what I would recommend once a player is around 13 years old. If he has an above average playing ability, I believe that the Nike N1 Air Series (BF1354) would be a great option.
Kelby
Does this glove have a deep pocket? John
The Nike N1 Air Series (BF1354) is designed for infielders and features a shallow pocket that helps encourage a quicker transition from scoop to throwing hand.
Gary T.
Would this be a good glove for a 15 year old shortstop at the junior varsity level? Zach
The 11.50" pattern on the Nike N1 Air Series (BF1354) is ideal for a 15 year old shortstop.
Jason
Would this glove be good for a pitcher? Bob
The Nike N1 Air Series (BF1354) is an 11.5" glove. For a pitcher, I recommend a 12" glove. The Nike N1 Air Series: (BF1355) would be a great option, as it is 12" and features a closed web for your pitching.
Sean
It says the Nike N1 Air Series BF1355 is discontinued. Why wouldn't this model be good for a pitcher? Bob
The Nike N1 Air Series (BF1354) would work fine for a pitcher. The only reason the Nike N1 Air Series (BF1355) might work better for a pitcher is the slightly longer 12 inch pattern and more closed pocket style to hide the ball.
Patrick
is this glove available in kid sizes for an in-fielder The Driller
