Mizuno Franchise Pro Series: GXS92 Fastpitch Catcher's Mitt
Average Customer Review
Great out of the wrapper ... can't belive how nice this glove is! Great pocket, easy close but not sloppy. Lots of room for adjustment on the velcro closure. My opinion, out shines $100+ gloves, even the Miz Prime unit @ $109. Everyone who tries this glove out - falls in love with it.
Not 1 yet .... I should have bought two and put one away.

How much does this glove weigh?
The weight is not listed on the Mizuno Franchise Pro Series (GXS92 Fastpitch Catcher's Mitt).
My daughter's had one of these for a couple of years and is thinking of a new mitt. Is there really a difference in the amount of padding in this and the Mizuno GXS57? This says it has the ParaShock palm pad and the Palm soft padded pigskin in the palm. The GXS57 says it has the ParaShock palm pad and an Ultra soft palm liner. Does the Ultra soft palm liner give better protection than the Palm soft padding or are they basically about the same thing?
The Ultrasoft palm liner in addition to the ParaShock palm pad used on the Mizuno MVP Fastpitch Series: GXS57 Catcher's Mitt will provide more padding than the Mizuno Franchise Pro Series: GXS92 Fastpitch Catchers Mitt.
My daughter is 12 but has a larger hand. Would a 34" catcher mitt be better than a 33" one? And will this mitt fit a larger hand? Her current catcher's mitt doesn't cover the heal of her hand and is an Easton Natural Elite Series and is 33" (maybe 32"). She has had it for a year and a half.
Mizuno mitts are known to fit just a little bigger than Easton. A 34" mitt is more common among fastpitch players at the High School, Collegiate, and Professional levels. However, if you have a 12 year old who is above average in size, a 34" model would work just fine. Also, it's natural for the bottom portion of a players palm to show when wearing a glove or mitt.

Ordered a Wilson A2000 the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. No more than an hour or so later, I'd received both an email confirming the transaction and an email providing me information to track the package between its points of departure and destination. No mess, no hassle, no worry. Justballgloves.com was "Justprofessional.com" in its handling of my transaction. I was very impressed. Should I choose to return this glove within the 100 day guarantee period, between this experience and its "Google Trusted Store" status, I have little doubt that Justballgloves.com will honor its guarantee. That is a valuable "insurance policy." Over Black Friday and Cyber Monday, I could have purchased this glove elsewhere for less (I know; I checked), and I would have liked the savings as much as anyone, but even so, with the professionalism I've thus far encountered, I have to commend Justballgloves.com for its flawless and professional performance to date. Besides, it seems to me that Justballgloves.com is the most informative (and perhaps reliable) ball glove website on the entire web. I commend it and its folks behind the scene in all these regards.
