The Easton Redline Series mitts are made from Natural-tumbled USA tanned steer hide. The USA tanned steer hide has a game-ready feel with little to no break-in time required. The patent pending Ideal Fit system, helps give a great fit and make the glove comfortable on the hand. The Redline Series mitts are designed for playing either baseball or softball. The Redline Series features a Lock Down adjustable quick binding strap on the wrist for a custom snug fit for a comfortable and more controlled fit. Pros: inexpensive, good quality glove. the binding strap is great. makes the glove feel custom

Cons: ordered a second one. first one was a 12.5 inch and it seemed to be a little small for my 15 year-old so I guess that one will go to my 11 year old. ordered a 14 inch I hope that will be big enough

Pros: Great fit for small hands. Plenty of padding. Quality made and the velcro strap makes adjusting easy. Perfect for the father and son catch. Also, breaking in time very quick.

Pros: Nice size, little bit small but confortable.

Cons: For low performance is ok, for middle performance is not enough, I used it twice a week for arround 6 months and the laces started to break and the sensation was not the same. The glove is not an easy break-in.

This is not manufactured as a youth glove. That doesn't mean that kids cannot use it, but it won't be stitched tighter to fit a younger players hand. Typically, a 12" model will be the largest size you'll be able to find a true youth model.
