This Diamond Diesel Series (CL225T) is a baseball pattern, and the 12.25" pattern size would be a great compromise for both pitching and playing in the outfield. We would typically recommend 12.50" or larger for the outfield, but a pitcher will often use gloves around 11.75" to 12.00".
