Montiano
Pros: Good shape, quickly broken in, light (so ideal for young players). Looks good :)
Cons: Not so easy to tighten on 12yr old's hand indexfinger must be outside glove, otherwise doesn't feel comfortable

Pros: Lightweight, breakin time is short(3days of catch got it 75% of the way there which is how I like gloves), is durable, great leather all the way through, excellent padding for hard hit line drives. fits well
Cons: Not at all serious but it's about a tenth of an inch smaller.
Meek
Pros: Very well constructed
Cons: Extremely hard to break in, very stiff especially around the edges and in the ring and pinky finger area even after applying the Nokona glove conditioner two or three times. Will take a lot of use and work to get this glove in a comfortable and usable condition.
